Welcome back my nerdy-number friends! It's been a couple of weeks and man I'm glad I gave myself the grace to skip last week. 6 days in Phoenix with my family was extremely refreshing and being at a race as authentic as Black Canyon is always inspiring for the training that takes place in the cold and wet winter months. What is up party people! Happy Sunday and welcome back for another addition of RTN. I want to start by simply saying WOW. I've experienced more love and support in the past couple of weeks than I ever could have imagined. Well, here we are. The inaugural Running The Numbers blog post, and ironic that it's financially driven and on a day that the markets are closed.... Side note, I strongly encourage you to spend some time today honoring the work and sacrifices of Martin Luther King Jr..
